What does Clic'nLoc offer that the competition doesn't?
The most important thing to remember is that you’re not changing your habits from the leading product. The Clic’nLoc attachment, made in Germany, offers a number of advantages, such as a zirconium carbonitride surface treatment for improved abrasion resistance over time. A ceramic coating prevents plaque build-up, and the color of the abutment blends in with the gums.
The Clic’nLoc attachment is available in a straight version, as well as an angled version to compensate for large discrepancies. Its prosthetic counterpart is also anodized in pink, and its external grooving ensures better resin adhesion. Compatible with a wide range of implant brands, the abutment is universally screwable thanks to a 1.25 mm hexagon. Retention sleeves in nylon or HPP guarantee exceptional retention.
Will I have to change equipment to install or extract the ducts?
If you already have the tool from the leading product, you won’t need to change it, and your operating process will remain unchanged. However, if you wish to acquire an equivalent tool, we invite you to order the 4-in-1 tool, which allows you to insert and remove sheaths on its upper part. The lower part allows you to screw and unscrew any Clic’nLoc pillar.
Can I interchange the box and sheaths on an existing system?
The compatibility and reciprocity of the prosthetic kit with the leading abutment is guaranteed, although we always prefer to offer both replacement solutions. However, we recommend that you use the manufacturer’s parts when restocking.
Can I make up for major discrepancies?
Clic’nLoc’s strong point is its ability to compensate for divergence, as the abutment is angled at 18° and indexable. This means you have a choice of positioning options, plus the option of adding sheaths for large discrepancies. This solution means greater patient comfort, less stress on implants and longer abutment life.
How many gingival heights do you offer?
We offer five gingival heights, from 1 to 5 mm. As a reminder, measurements are taken from the neck of the implant to the most emergent part of the gingiva, to which we advise you to add 1 mm to avoid compressing the gingiva.
Are the color codes of the sheaths the same as those of the market leader?
The color codes are identical to those of the leading product, for both non-diverging and diverging pillars.
- From 0° to 20°: Transparent (strong), Pink (medium), Blue (weak).
- From 20° to 40°: Green (strong), Orange (medium), Red (weak).
Do pillars and sheaths last longer?
Clic’nLoc components have an excellent service life, both for the abutment, which benefits from a zirconium carbonitride surface treatment, and for the high-grade polymer sheaths, which are hydrophobic. They ensure excellent stability and enhanced strength.
Orders & payment
How do I place an order?
Our site is an e-commerce dedicated to professionals. All you have to do is add the products you want to your shopping cart, then access your shopping cart to validate and finalize your order. At checkout, you’ll need to enter your company details (company name, address, SIRET number, etc.).
How can I track my order after purchase?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing a tracking link. This link will enable you to track the progress of your order in real time.
Is my payment secure on your site?
Yes, all payments are 100% secure. We have set up secure structures via Up2pay, a solution owned by Crédit Agricole, guaranteeing the security of your transactions.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payment by credit card (CB), Visa and Mastercard.
Where can I find my post-purchase invoice?
In the days following your purchase, you will receive an invoice by e-mail from our accounting department.
Delivery & returns
How does delivery work?
Our number 1 objective is to deliver your order as quickly as possible, thanks to FEDEX. If you order before 5.30pm, you’ll receive your order within 24/48 hours, depending on the zone, in France. For international orders, FEDEX will also take care of delivery.
How can I change my delivery address after confirming my order?
If you wish to change your delivery address, please contact us by phone at 01 34 51 94 50.
Can I return or exchange a Clic'nLoc product?
If you wish to return unopened goods within 30 days, you can do so by downloading and completing our returns form (downloadable from our website). Without this, we will not be able to process your return or issue a refund.
Upon receipt and after analysis of the return, we will proceed with either a credit note or a refund by credit card (if you have ordered directly from our site). After 30 days, we cannot process your request.
What are the repayment terms and conditions?
We accept product exchanges on condition that the bag has not been opened and is returned to us within 30 days. Please contact us by e-mail or telephone.
Refunds: If unopened products are returned within the 30-day period, we will issue a refund (excluding shipping costs).
